About the Author

Richard N. Longenecker is Ramsey Armitage Professor of New Testament, Wycliffe College, University of Toronto. He receivec the B.A. and M.A. degrees from Wheaton College and Wheaton Graduate School of Theology, respectively, and the Ph.D. from New College, University of Edinburgh. His principal publications include Paul, Apostle of Liberty (1964), The Christology of Early Jewish Christianity (1970), The Ministry and Message of Paul (1971), Biblical Exegesis in the Apostolic Period (1975), “The Acts of the Apostles” in The Expositor’s Bible Commentary (1981), and The New Testament Social Ethics for Today (1984).

Bruce M. Metzger (1914 – 2007) was a biblical scholar, textual critic, and a longtime professor at Princeton Theological Seminary. Metzger is widely considered one of the most influential New Testament scholars of the 20th century.�He was a general editor of the Word Biblical Commentary (1997 - 2007).

David Allan Hubbard (1928 – 1996), former president and professor of Old Testament at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California, was a recognized biblical scholar. In addition to over 30 books, he has written numerous articles for journals, periodicals, reference works. He was a general editor of the Word Biblical Commentary (1977 - 1996).

Glenn W. Barker (d. 1984) was a general editor of the Word Biblical Commentary (1977 - 1984).�

John D. W. Watts (1921 – 2013) was President of the Baptist Theological Seminary, Ruschlikon, Switzerland, and served as Professor of Old Testament at that institution, at Fuller Theological Seminary, and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. His numerous publications include commentaries on Isaiah (2 volumes), Amos, and Obadiah.�He was Old Testament editor of the Word Biblical Commentary (1977 - 2011).

James W. Watts�is a professor and chair of the Department of Religion at Syracuse University. His teaching and research interests include biblical studies, especially the Torah/Pentateuch, ritual theories, rhetorical analysis, and comparative scriptures studies. Lynn Allan Losie is�Associate Professor of New Testament at Azusa Pacific University.�A generalist in New Testament studies, Dr. Losie teaches courses in the Gospels, the Acts of the Apostles, and the Pauline Epistles, as well as in the background areas of Greek, early Judaism, and the greater Hellenistic World. He has published articles on the New Testament and had served as the associate New Testament editor of the Word Biblical Commentary (1997 - 2013). Ordained as a Baptist minister, he has also served in pastoral ministry in Southern California and Oregon.

Summary of “Imprinted” by Andrea Michelle

A book such as Andrea Michelle’s “Imprinted” creates an open imagination for readers across a wide spectrum. Published in 2015 the unique read offers a lasting impression for each and every reader. Each poem can be seen as a very simple read but also can convey a deeper more mysterious message. Michelle’s work can be looked at as an example of true artwork with its detailed word choice and sensational imagery. This collection of poems speaks on a variety of lessons and values on love, knowledge, and adventure. Michelle leaves a feeling of inspiration and wisdom throughout her poetry. In all after reading “Imprinted” I have to say this is a very enjoyable read. Many values and positive lessons can be gained from a reading such as this Michelle’s.
Andrea Michelle use of creative rhyming schemes and vivid imagery to entertain readers gives “Imprinted” its full value. "Imprinted" had the perfect balance between accessibility and mysterious writing creating an easy and very enjoyable read for readers of all ages. Imagery has been described as visually descriptive language within a piece of work. Michelle uses figurative language best within the poem “Stay Away”. The author paints a picture of a painting or picture of someone on the wall of their home. Michelle uses the bright colors and the many shapes to identify their characteristics and beauty. Another great technique is the clich�’ in which the author uses by stating, “I challenge the status quo”. Clich� are often frowned upon in poetry, but for Michelle she uses it perfectly to portray the author’s mindset and her values. Another great line from “Stay Away” reads, “I am the wind”. Such a short but meaningful set of words used by the author. I imagine this line represents how graceful the author is capturing herself. As the poem continues I imagine she also uses this line to identify how she cannot be kept but moves continuously. As readers continue through “Imprinted” you cannot help but to feel the motivational and encouraging language in which the author uses. Almost every poem uses very distinct techniques to capture the reader and persuade them into a positive setting. In one of Michelle’s poem’s she actually goes about using this same technique but focuses on self-doubt and failures. Readers can enjoy each poem for its truthfulness, its justification, and its enrichment. The author brings about life through each poem as she skillfully opens the imagination entertains the reader.
Michelle poem reads as,
“Greatness is not found in the
victories, the championships, the success.
Greatness is found, instead,
within the tears and the pain,
within each moment you face
the temptation of giving up
and say,
not today.”
After reading Andrea Michelle’s “Imprinted” you will not regret the decision. This book is full of joyous messages and invoking imagery. The adventure this author has scribed takes the reader into a mysterious fantasy of powerful love and truth’s. From myself I suggest that all take time to be entertained and informed by the wonderful “Imprinted” by Andrea Michelle.

What an amazing poetry book. What I thought would be a fast read, actually took me longer only because each poem leaves a lasting impression. Her poetry makes you contemplate life, love and all that good stuff. Beautiful imagery and sentiment.

Truly beautiful. Every poem is so simple and real, yet conveys a very eloquent, in-depth message. There is an ethereal otherworldly glow to these words, transforming them into something lovely and haunting. Words have the power to change us, and it is impossible to read this and not be changed. I think that is the mark of true art. Let yourself be molded by this collection of beautiful thoughts and ideas and emerge a different person.

Mr. Prince has been instrumental in launching an online training program for residential and commercial contractors, with emphasis on building theory, codes, licensing, lien laws, business management, ethics, OSHA, contract law, payroll, and project management. He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.

American Contractors Educational Services has successfully prepared candidates for state required licensing exams since 1991. A team of full time instructors comprises field experience, training expertise and formal education to formulate an effective and dynamic approach to concisely present pertinent test information in a seminar format.

Good Job Site Tool. Simple Enough For Any Dumb-Bunny Contractor To Use.

Let's face it, most contractors are not good at keeping records & doing admin. I took a shot & bought DeWalt's Daily Logbook with low expectations. To my surprise, the basic format & simple layout have been accepted by staff & to date it's being used daily. To me, a reasonable list of the Who-What-When-Why & the logging of job site activity is invaluable. Dropping $18 bucks on this DeWalt tool was money well spent.

It is good to have notations of what happened throughout the day

Is okay for maintaining a daily log. Last thing on my mind at end of day is writing notes, so I found that if I leave it on seat of truck it forces me to do it. It is good to have notations of what happened throughout the day.

It gives your foremen a good reference when providing status updates, it gives you an account for each day (we include any conversations had in relation to project w/GC or other contractors). We will use them on all of our projects from here on out!

Professor Diane Rowland is Head of the Department of Law at the University of Aberystwyth and is currently the vice-chair of the British and Irish Law, Education and Technology Association (BILETA).

Content is Good, but Ebook Formatting is Terrible

The overall structure and content of this book is good. That being said, the ebook formatting make it almost unusable. Some pages have very small text, on others chunks of text are all over the page or running off the page. I've tried this on a couple of different devices and it appears to be the ebook, not the reader. Sadly, as there are no refunds for ebook downloads, I'm just stuck with a $50+ ebook with broken formatting. It's great to see that Amazon has halted the sale of the ebook version and I hope they provide an updated version to those of us who purchased the sub-standard product. Until then, grab the paper version.

A good overview but falls short

As an overview of Information Technology law across a wide variety of jurisdiction, this book does succeed in providing a good overview and an introduction to some basic concepts. However the written expression throughout is poor and the level of detail too often falls short. Coupled with a very small font in the print edition, and it makes for an unpleasant reading experience, and poor value for one seeking a research aid.
