Mysticism & the Limits of Science/Knowledge - Amazing Book!

This is an amazing book. It covers such an interesting variety of topics, including mysticism, negative theology, the limits of logic and the scientific method, the limits of knowledge and knowability. It also provides the best account I've read on Wittgenstein's spiritual tribulations. After reading this book, it is very clear Wittgenstein was gravely misunderstood by his Viennese followers and acolytes. Wittgenstein was just trying to show where the limits of science and logic lie. If you are interested in this, as I have been for many years now, this is a must-buy. The book reads easily, it is packed with interesting, hard-to-find or come-across materials. I have a list of new authors to explore because of this book. Seriously, a list. I had to make many notes on the margins and I have been writing short essays on different ideas presented in the book. I enjoyed this book very much. The only area that the author neglected, perhaps purposefully, is Wittgenstein's comments on G�del's theorems and Artificial Intelligence. But I am guessing it would have exceeded the purpose and goals of this book.
